Rules of Oakley’s Meadow.

Oakleys Meadow is set in the lovely Suffolk countryside and to keep it that way and ensure you and your dogs have a fun & safe experience with us we do insist on a few rules.

Please do not enter the field before your 55 booked session you will receive a code by email for the lock of the gate.

Please close the gates to car park and meadow on entry and exit

Please lock the meadow padlock and scramble the lock numbers after use

You enter the meadow at your own risk, be careful as the ground could be slippery or uneven.

Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and be wormed.

Dogs not to be left unattended

Do not climb fences or gates

Pick up all dog faeces – bags and bin provided

If you come across any other dog faeces that someone else has missed, out of respect for each other please pick it up.

We welcome you to bring your own dog toys etc, please do take them home with you

Please keep the meadow tidy, use the bins provided and take away your own belongings.

When entering Oakleys meadow you do so at your own risk.

Your dog is your responsibility and Oakleys Meadow is not responsible for any death, damage,  injury, accident or loss to any person or animal while using the meadow/facility

You are liable for any damage caused by your dog or persons in your party/group

If your dog is poorly 48 hours prior to your booked session please do not attend, inform us and we are happy to reschedule for another available slot.

If your dog is poorly while at Oakleys meadow please inform us ASAP.

Report any damage to us ASAP. 

Security cameras are on the meadow at all times.
